Terms of Service for Boosterio

Introduction

These terms and conditions govern all services provided by Boosterio (referred to as "We," "Us," "Our," or "Boosterio") to the customer (referred to as "You," "Your," "Customer," or "Member"). By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined here. If you have any agreement with any official representatives of Boosterio, it must be provided in writing to be considered valid.

Acceptance of Terms

Please read these Terms of Service thoroughly before making any purchase. By purchasing any service from Boosterio, you confirm that you accept and agree to these terms.

Definitions

• "Boosterio" refers to the service provider, including all associated websites, servers, and services.

• "Customer" refers to any person or entity who purchases services from Boosterio.

• "Services" refer to the Discord boost services and related offerings provided by Boosterio.

Content Storage and Backup Policy

All content related to your Discord server boosts and services is stored at your own risk. Boosterio is not responsible for backing up any content. It is the customer's responsibility to regularly back up their data.

Service Delivery

After purchasing a service, it will be delivered automatically. In the event of any errors, your service will be delivered within 24 minutes of confirmed payment. Please be patient during this time.

Cancellations

If no payment is confirmed 1 day after the invoice due date, Boosterio reserves the right to cancel the service. Any data related to the service will be wiped for privacy and security. Boosterio is not responsible for restoring any lost data in such cases.

Payment Disputes, Chargebacks, and Refunds

All payments made to Boosterio are final, and we do not offer refunds. In case of any payment issues, the customer agrees to first contact Boosterio’s billing department to resolve the matter. Disputes or chargebacks filed without prior contact will result in suspension or termination of services.

Limitation of Liability

Boosterio cannot be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, corruption, or deletion of files, server contents, email data, or database contents. This applies regardless of whether the customer has a contract with us, even if we have been informed of potential damages in advance.

Amendments to Terms of Service

Boosterio reserves the right to amend or modify these Terms of Service at any time, with or without notice. Any changes will be posted on the Boosterio website and will become effective immediately for all existing and future customers. Previous terms will be superseded by the most recent version.

Activities

Boosterio takes no responsibility for any activities conducted by the customer, whether legal or illegal, related to the use of our services. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that any activities or traffic generated via our services do not result in blacklisting or any legal issues. Boosterio is here to provide legitimate services only. The customer is solely responsible for the proper use of the services.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Boosterio operates. Any legal disputes will be handled according to the applicable laws.
